In 1994, I obtained my sales and my broker's license and over the next 10 years gained invaluable experience working for some of Wisconsin's largest Real Estate Companies. In the spring of 2002, after attending a national sales training seminar, I realized however that working within the constraints of those companies, that I was not fully capable of pursuing my mission of seeking out the variety of ways of helping others realize their real estate dreams or of treating you and othes you refer to me with the personal approach I desired. It was in August of 2003 that I opened KIS Realty, with its primary focus on serving your individual real estate needs. 99% of KIS Realty's business comes from you; past clients, family, friends, neighbors and your referrals, and I formed this company to be able to fully utilize the flexibility I felt an independent contractor should be able to offer in return for that loyalty. I grew up moving frequently, first from my original home in Dane County, to Columbia County, to Fond du Lac County, back to Dane County and then to the State of California all by the age of 20. In 1988 it was back to Dane county, then on to Washington County, then to Milwaukee County before finally settling in Oconomowoc. My oldest child started as a 1st grader at Parklawn Elementary and has since graduated from Oconomowoc High School and is attending UM-Twin Cities. My youngest children are in Kindergarten and 2nd grade at Parklawn Elementary and we look forward to the years ahead in the Oconomowoc School District...again!
